What Helix does
We frame the structure and close the envelope, the two layers every other trade has to trust. Then we put the rest of the bench on one calendar.
Services
Six kinds of work, one crew in charge.
- 01FramingFloors, walls, roofs, and the beams that change how a house lives.

- 02SidingThe rainscreen and finish skin that close the house against Front Range weather.

- 03DeckingFramed decks, stairs, and guards built to the same standard as the house.

- 04Outdoor structuresPergolas, pavilions, and covered outdoor rooms tied into the house.

- 05RemodelsBeams, new openings, and rebuilt walls inside houses that stay occupied.

- 06AdditionsRear additions, second stories, and rooms that have to meet the old house cleanly.

Design studio
Change the siding. Only the siding changes.
Every service has a live 3D model. Pick a profile, a color, the trim, the railing, or the beam, and the part you name is the part that moves.
How a job moves
Seven marks from the first walk to the punch.
- 01
Consult
We walk the site, measure what is actually there, and name the work Helix will self-perform.
- 02
Estimate
A written scope for framing, envelope, and any trade we will carry on our schedule.
- 03
Permit
We assemble the packet, or pull the permit, for the jurisdiction that owns the address.
- 04
Frame
Walls, floors, roofs, beams, and the temporary bracing that keeps the house true.
- 05
Dry-in
Sheathing, windows set with the right partners, and a roof that can take weather.
- 06
Siding
Rainscreen, flashings, and the finish skin: lap, panel, or board-and-batten.
- 07
Punch
A walk with the owner. Open items get a date, not a shrug.

Sloan's Lake · Rear addition
“Helix framed the addition and sided the tie-in, and they were the ones who called the roofer and the electrician. I did not have to run a second project.”
Claire Nguyen
“They stripped the old lap, showed me the soft sheathing, and did not cover a window until I had seen the pan. The reveal is finally even on all three floors.”
Andre Williams · Highlands
“The old deck was nailed into brick that could not hold it. The new one stands on its own footings and the stair actually meets the yard.”
